Keith Arnold — President and CEO

Keith Arnold is the current President and CEO of Advanticom. He joined Advanticom in 2014 as a Senior Manager overseeing the Managed Services and Cloud practices and served as the Vice President of Advanticom for three years prior to leading the acquisition of the firm. Keith has been working in the IT consulting and managed services industry for over 20 years. He has worked for four MSPs since graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BS degree in Business Management and a minor in Management Information Systems. With increased levels of responsibility at each firm throughout his career, Keith has had the opportunity to see behind the scenes of MSPs on both the business and technical sides.

Practice Managers

Jason Fink — Cloud Practice Director

Jason Fink joined Advanticom in 2010, starting out as a junior level engineer servicing onsite MSA clients. He is now a Senior Systems Engineer and Solutions Architect, in addition to Advanticom’s Microsoft Practice Manager and Risk Assessment Manager. His primary focus is architecting and implementing Microsoft’s cloud solutions, including Office 365 and Azure, and has also managed Advanticom’s Microsoft Partnership and Cloud Solution Partner (CSP) program since 2015.

Jonathan Geyer — Security Practice Director

Jonathan Geyer joined Advanticom in 2015 as a Senior Network Engineer and Solutions Architect. Jonathan maintains those responsibilities and is also Advanticom’s Security Services Practice Manager, leading the incident response and managed security services teams. Jonathan has over 20 years of experience in networking and security services in various consulting, corporate support, management, and development roles. He has also been an instructor for information security, programming, and networking courses at a local technical school. Jonathan earned his BS degree in Information Technology and Management from Point Park University.

Rob Rech — Infrastructure Practice Director

Rob Rech joined Advanticom in 2005 as a field engineer. Rob is currently a Senior Systems Engineer and Solutions Architect, as well as Advanticom’s Business Continuity Plan Owner, Problem Management Process Owner, and a Security Incident Response Team Member. His areas of focus are architecting and implementing solutions in virtualization, storage, Windows server, disaster recovery, business continuity, backups, and business operation restoration following a security incident. Rob earned his AS degree in Computer Information Networking Technology.

Lisa Karhu — Senior Manager of Service Operations

Senior Manager of Service Operations

Lisa Karhu joined Advanticom in 2019 as a Senior Project Manager. She is now responsible for the Managed Service Practices, including client relationship management, overseeing engineering staff, and ensuring services and projects are delivered successfully to production. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in operations management in various industries. Lisa earned her BS degree in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Miller — Manager of Service Operations

Michael Miller joined Advanticom in 2020 as a Systems Engineer. He is now responsible for managing the 24×7 Service Desk/NOC engineering team, ensuring the team’s adherence to SLAs and KPIs, while focusing on client relationships and satisfaction and continual service improvement. Mike has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Mike earned his AS degree in Applied Science, Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.

Kerry Ayres — Director of Finance and Administration

Kerry Ayres joined Advanticom in 2006 as a Staff Accountant with the responsibility of managing Accounts Payable. She now oversees all financial activities at Advanticom including financial reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, HR/PEO, Insurance and Procurement. Kerry has over 30 years of financial experience in the IT industry. Kerry earned her BS degree in Business Management/Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.

Jeff Brayer — Senior Account Executive

Jeff Brayer joined Advanticom in 2021 and leads the organization’s sales and marketing efforts. Jeff has over 15 years of business development experience in the consumer products and staffing industry focusing on technology. Jeff earned his BS degree in Business Administration – Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
